All I have to say it. STOP MAKING YOUR LIFTERS CUT A RIDICULOUS AMOUT OF WEIGHT. I had to go up a weight class just because me seeing that I wasn’t a 52kg would make me stop eating and loose everything that I had worked for. YOU ARE NOT FAT. YOU’RE BODY IS HEALTHY AT YOUR WEIGHT.
I want to thank God, my family, my coaches and all others who have provided endless support and motivation throughout this sport. These last 4 years have been indescribable, with that I can finally say…I AM YOUR 2022 114.5 REIGNING STATE CHAMPION! #cougarstrong
It's been a great pleasure to coach this kid. Her dedication, work ethic, leadership, and more makes me proud to watch her compete these past few years. You never replace a kid like this, only strive to follow the example she has set. Let's do it one more time at STATE! @Pbriden7

RECRUITS: Your talent isn’t the only way to get college coaches to recruit you. Your character, grades, coach-ability, being a leader & a great teammate all matter.
