@dariomartinezb We put them there so that people don’t cut them out (as folks do when tags get in the way) we are also planning to roll out “registration cards” for our bags which would make this easier in the future.
@HiIamClint Here's what our design team would suggest: Put a small amount of dish soap and water on one corner of the towel and lightly scrub the case. After that, wet a different corner of the towel with just water and wipe the case clean. Lastly, make sure to dry off the case.
