Testing is an important part of any public alerting system. It allows all Alert Ready partners to learn what areas need adjustment in order to continuously enhance the system, ahead of an actual emergency. Our next test of the system will take place on November 20, 2024.
Today's #TestAlert in #Ontario is a great example of why we test our system. It allows us to ensure it is working as intended and to learn what areas need adjustments – in order to continuously enhance the system. Ongoing testing is an important step to ensure safety for all.
The #AlertReadyTest is now complete.
