@WhiteHouse It truly is shocking just how many flat out stupid people there are living in our country, now. Throwing up forgiven PPP loans...smh. For one, the forgiveness was built in from the very beginning. Nobody accepted a PPP loan, then asked to change the terms agreed to changed.
@OESCnews OESC has had its own issues, for sure, but Conduent is DEFINITELY a problem. They need to be fired. I can imagine that switching providers is a logistical nightmare, but anything would be better than Conduent. Look at their history. They used to charge CS calls! Who does that?!?
@OESCnews Never received a notice, but somehow my claim got a fraud hold. After speaking with an agent today, he said my ID was missing. He looked at my application, found my IDโs and manually re-attached them to my claim. How do I get the hold off? Shouldnt have to wait its your fault!
@Nick55488256 @OESCnews This is yet another reason they need to dump Conduent. They should just deposit into our accounts directly. Payments would arrive a day sooner, plus we wouldnโt have to deal with Conduentโs incompetence and their customer no-service.
@OESCnews I don't understand this. This should be an easy question. It either will or won't show up in our payments. There should be no "may."
Also, the amount of payments being made shouldn't be an issue either, as it's the same people that you are already processing.
@TIAABankHelp After transferring funds to correct a very small, brief overdraft, my check card is now locked?? And so-called 24hr customer service can't do anything except offer to have someone call back in 1-2 business days?? Ridiculous.
