I've worn a glucose monitor off and on for a couple years to figure out what triggers spikes and how to lower them. After listening to @PeterAttiaMD's recent podcast on the microbiome, I am trying @Pendulum_Co Metabolic Daily product ($49/mo) and amazed by the impact. Below is a very moderate CGM spike after having a big bowl of pasta AND bread (worst things I could think of). Previously could never imagine a result like this -- would spike to over 200 mg/dL. This product is much less than their clinical dose (1/3rd what they did a trial with) so was doubly surprised how well it works.
