The Justice Centre announces that the Superior Court of Quebec has ruled that the Quebec government violated the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms by directing the Quebec City Convention Centre to cancel a conference organized by Harvest Ministries International because of the organization's beliefs about abortion.

The Court found that former Quebec Minister of Tourism Caroline Proulx unjustifiably infringed Harvest Ministries International's freedoms of expression, religion, and association by directing the cancellation of the conference because of the organization's opposition to abortion. The Court concluded that the Minister acted without legal authority, exercised government power arbitrarily, and denied the organization access to a publicly owned venue because officials disagreed with its viewpoint.

The Court awarded compensatory damages arising from the cancellation and ordered Minister Proulx personally to pay $30,000 in punitive damages after finding that her conduct intentionally infringed the organization’s freedom of expression.

Constitutional lawyer Olivier Séguin said, "This judgment confirmed that governments cannot use public facilities to punish organizations because officials disagree with their beliefs. The Court rightly found that the Minister acted without legal authority and violated fundamental freedoms guaranteed by the Charter."

Police drew a taser on the last kid on the ice, then attacked him.

The Canada-Chineese who was charged in NATO's SHAPE with espionage and possible ties to a criminal organization is is allegedly Biwei Zhang.

She also goes by Claire & Catina.

Canada employed her in Statistics Canada and The Canadian Space Agency.

She tried to get into the Canada Border Service Agency with 2 different names but was caught under fraud.

To get into NATO position she would needed an extensive background check done by RCMP and CSIS and approval by the federal government. They still approved her.

These are the people supposedly vetting millions of people they brought in, many use fake paperwork.

Canada is corrupt and incompetent to the core.

Alberta man accused of sexual assault has been cleared by Justice Ayla Akgungor, appointed by Justin Trudeau. After using “sexsomnia” as his defence.

The court found there was reasonable doubt that he was awake and aware of what he was doing.

That was enough. No conviction.

He walks free.

But almost nobody is asking whether his economic model is making Canadian assets cheaper for Brookfield’s foreign-backed funds to acquire.

Carney’s government is presiding over tariff damage, weak growth, heavy spending, low rates and a falling Canadian dollar, while directing public money into housing, energy and infrastructure.

Brookfield protects itself from most CAD losses, raises enormous pools of global capital, and combines that money with Canadian bank debt.

For instance: 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗩𝗜, its US$12 billion flagship private-equity fund, included roughly 𝗨𝗦$𝟴.𝟱 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀.

That model was used to help acquire 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖$𝟮.𝟵 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻, backed by up to C$1.1 billion in sponsor equity and 𝗖$𝟯.𝟯𝟱 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Brookfield has also expanded into Canadian self-storage and renewable power while the Loonie is weak.

In other words, Brookfield can use global capital and Canadian leverage to acquire more of Canada while putting up only a fraction of the total purchase price itself.

The issue isn’t whether Brookfield can benefit from a weaker Canada.

𝗪𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻.

The issue is whether Carney understands that his policy model is making Canadian assets cheaper and more accessible to Brookfield’s global funds, and why he continues advancing that model while his own Brookfield-linked wealth may benefit.

𝙄𝙨 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙙𝙖 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘽𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙙?

That’s my question, and it’s one everyone should seriously consider.

Carney rarely announces his strategy directly. It has to be judged through the structures he builds, the policies he advances and who is positioned to benefit from the results.

With or without seats, the PPC is the most influential political party in Canada today.

More and more people are recognizing that mass immigration, the cult of diversity, extreme multiculturalism, wokism, gender ideology, globalism, and other crazy far left policies and ideas that I have been denouncing for years are literally destroying our country and threatening our way of life and our civilization.

How can you now say that “it never sat right with you”.
Like you hadn’t been fully informed from the onset that it was a scam.
You all saw Maxime Bernier from the People’s Party of Canada get arrested in 2021 for publicly speaking out…it actually made national and international news… and yet the Conservative Party cowardly remained silent.
This is a travesty.
