Renata Ford joined our team as a candidate in Etobicoke North for the 2019 federal election, and campaigned with a passion similar to that of her late husband, Rob Ford, who served as Mayor of Toronto from 2010 to 2014.

She was an advocate for freedom, responsibility, fairness, and respect, something Canada needs now more than ever.

“Ottawa had said that the industry must build a massive oil sands carbon- capture project, called Pathways, if the pipeline application was to be fast- tracked by the Major Projects Office.

Oil sands developers had been increasingly concerned about the costs of Pathways, saying it would require major public subsidies.”

It is important to be aware that the construction of any new pipeline is conditional on going ahead with the Pathways carbon capture project. These two projects move together or not at all.

Let me be clear: This is not a pathway to a green future. This is a pathway to an expensive boondoggle.

The McMillan LLP report is clear: carbon capture is not economically viable without billions in government handouts. We’re talking over $20 billion in upfront capital, plus tax credits and price guarantees. And if a storage facility fails? The liabilities are enormous and completely unaddressed.

The federal budget is and will remain in deficit for the next five years. We cannot afford to spend and waste $20 billion.

We do not need the costly Pathways Carbon Capture project. CO2 is not a pollutant, it’s food for plants. Trees absorb carbon.

Digital ID: Here is the WEF's plan for you, straight from their website.

Their goal is to create a situation whereby every aspect of daily life—healthcare, banking, food, travel, internet, social media, communications, energy usage, etc—requires a valid digital ID, without which you are locked out.

Once that situation is in place, the conditions of validity can be adjusted to anything they want.

You didn't take the latest experimental mRNA injection? Then your Digital ID is invalid.

You posted something deemed "misinformation" on social media? Then your Digital ID is invalid.

Your social credit score fell too low? Your Digital ID will be invalid.

You exceeded your monthly carbon allowance? Your Digital ID will be invalid.

You voiced criticism of your new technocratic overlords? Then your Digital ID is invalid.

If governments are ever allowed to succeed in rolling out digital ID—even if it's through the back door via under-16 social media bans—we will find ourselves living in a giant open-air digital prison, from which it will be virtually impossible to ever escape.

Happy 250th Birthday, America!

Two hundred and fifty years ago, a group of ordinary people stood up to an overreaching government and declared that our rights come from God—not from politicians.

That simple idea changed the world.

While governments across the West continue to grow larger, spend more, regulate more, and take more of our freedoms, America’s founding principles remain a powerful reminder that liberty—not bureaucracy—is the foundation of a prosperous nation.

Canada and the United States have long shared more than the world’s longest undefended border. We have been bound together by history, sacrifice, trade, and a common belief that free people—not powerful governments—build strong nations. Ours has been one of the closest friendships the world has ever known.

As Canada drifts further from those founding principles, we hope to see our country once again embrace the ideals of freedom, limited government, personal responsibility, and national sovereignty that made both of our nations strong.

Congratulations to our American friends on this remarkable milestone. May the next 250 years continue to inspire all those who believe that liberty is worth defending.
