Today I did deadlifts for the first time in a while.
Bar only: 15 reps ร 2 sets
30 kg (66 lbs): 12 reps ร 2 sets
40 kg (88 lbs): 10 reps ร 2 sets
45 kg (99 lbs): 10 reps ร 1 set
50 kg (110 lbs): 5 reps ร 1 set
Since I was able to lift 45 kg, I tried 50 kg for the first time!
Next time, I plan to start my warm-up with a heavier weight.
And of course, I also did core training and cardio (25 min)!

These kickstand deadlifts with offset loads are kicking my butt this rotation.
They feel deathly as I do them but theyโre the most rewarding when I get through.
You wonโt regret the workout you show up for. Get it.

Happy Friday!! Itโs been a busy, productive week. I went to the office on Wednesday but wonโt be going again for a couple of weeks since the World Cup will be in town and I work close to NRG stadium. Workouts have been good, my hamstring already feels better but I still canโt run. Have a wonderful weekend!

What a sesh. I'm not getting stuck on programming ATM I am basically making my own but today I smashed 5 sets of doubles on 65kg
Now if that ain't working then I dont know what is๐คท๐ผ
I'm not ready for 3 reps yet but I will be.
I blew out a hamstring so no running for a bit. I have a little hip dysplasia and my left hamstring is my Achilles heel. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ Itโs an old injury and has been years since it flared up so Iโm grateful for that . Always have a plan B! Rowing and spinning for my cardio for now. Happy Monday!
