Invest India, the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency of the Government of India, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association (APACMed), today at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. प्रधानमंत्री भारतीय जनऔषधि परियोजना

💠देश भर में 30 जून 2026 तक कुल 20,149 जन औषधि केंद्र खोले जा चुके हैं। प्रधानमंत्री भारतीय जनऔषधि परियोजना के अंतर्गत उपलब्ध उत्पादों की सूची में 2,110 दवाएं और 315 सर्जिकल, मेडिकल इस्तेमाल की चीजें और उपकरण शामिल हैं।

💠इनमें सभी प्रमुख चिकित्सीय समूह जैसे कार्डियोवैस्कुलर (हृदय रोग), एंटी-कैंसर, एंटी-डायबिटिक, एंटी-इंफेक्टिव, एंटी-एलर्जिक और गैस्ट्रो-इंटेस्टाइनल दवाएं और न्यूट्रास्युटिकल्स शामिल हैं। प्रधानमंत्री भारतीय जनऔषधि परियोजना के अंतर्गत दवाएं ब्रांडेड दवाओं की तुलना में लगभग 50% से 80% सस्ती दरों पर उपलब्ध कराई जाती हैं।

💠वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के दौरान, इस योजना के अंतर्गत ₹2,252.19 करोड़ (एमआरपी) की दवाओं की बिक्री हुई। वित्तीय वर्ष 2026-27 में, 30 जून 2026 तक ₹474.40 करोड़ (एमआरपी) की बिक्री हुई है।

प्रधानमंत्री भारतीय जनऔषधि योजना के अंतर्गत 2,110 दवाइयां और 315 शल्य चिकित्सा उत्पाद, चिकित्सा उपभोग्य वस्तुएं और उपकरण शामिल हैं, जो हृदय रोग, कैंसर रोधी, मधुमेह रोधी, संक्रमण रोधी, एलर्जी रोधी और पाचन संबंधी दवाएं और पोषक तत्व जैसे सभी प्रमुख चिकित्सीय समूहों को कवर करते हैं

पीएमबीजेपी उत्पाद योजना के अंतर्गत दवाएं ब्रांडेड दवाओं की तुलना में लगभग 50 प्रतिशत से 80 प्रतिशत तक सस्ती दरों पर उपलब्ध हैं।

Uniform Code for Marketing Practices

Department of Pharmaceuticals notified the Uniform Code for Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices (UCPMP), 2024 on 12.03.2024, replacing the earlier UCPMP, 2015. The Code was subsequently amended in September, 2025.

The UCPMP, 2024 supersedes the earlier version of the Code and incorporates revised provisions to strengthen the framework governing ethical marketing practices by pharmaceutical companies. These include, inter alia, the constitution of Ethics Committees for Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices (ECPMPs), appointment of Ethics Officers by pharmaceutical companies, a structured complaint redressal and appellate mechanism, submission of self-declarations regarding compliance and disclosure of prescribed marketing expenditure.
