* Realizing the infrastructure relies entirely on an underpaid, highly exploited labor force fueled by promises of a better future.

* Having your daily survival dependent on the unpredictable whims of a few elite, completely out-of-touch gatekeepers.

* Navigating a system where most of the budget is eaten up by inefficient bureaucracy before it ever reaches the people doing the work.

* Working in a facility where the heating, AC, and internet connection are strictly experimental.

* Being forced to accept payment in "prestige" or leftover catering.

* Having celebrities suddenly show interest only when it goes viral or gives them a chance for a powerful selfie and good PR.
