LHP Cyle Phelan (@PhelanCyle) is off to quite the start in the @appyleague this summer.

In the 9 innings of work for the @GoOtterbots, Phelan has improved in all aspects of pitching. The @UNCWBaseball lefty has only surrendered 3 walks while striking out 15 batters. In addition, Phelan has yet to surrender an earned run and has only allowed 2 hits.
