Introducing Frequency, the podcast by Phi. Episode 1 is live.
Dr. Warren G. Kramer III, MD has spent 35 years putting pro surfers, skaters, and motocross athletes back together. He is the surgeon Kelly Slater and Ryan Sheckler call after the worst slams. In our first episode, he takes apart what he has learned about how the body actually heals.
A few things from this one that will stick with you:
• Rest and ice can slow your recovery down. The doctor who coined “RICE” later apologized for it.
• PRP may give your body six months of healing in one shot by restarting a repair it forgot to begin.
• Your muscles protect your bones as much as calcium does. After 40 you lose 10 percent of your strength every decade, and that loss, not weak bone, is often what breaks you.
• D3 alone is not enough. You also need K2 to help direct calcium into your bones, which is exactly why we paired them in Stack™.
“You can’t build a strong house out of soft bricks.” His father’s line, and the whole episode in one sentence.

This is what time-release looks like. Two thousand micropills in a single Stack™ capsule, each coated to dissolve on its own schedule. Inside: the core vitamins and minerals your cells need to function at their best. https://t.co/eCdyUk1A8Z
A new study looked at whether daily cocoa flavanols or multivitamins could help protect memory and focus in older adults. More than 2,000 people took either a cocoa extract, a multivitamin, both, or a placebo for three years.
The multivitamin improved cognitive performance, while cocoa did not. Before looking to exotic plant extracts, it's worth making sure the body has the essential nutrients it needs every day.
With Stack, we developed next-gen bioavailability for vitamins and minerals. Our micropills use time-release technology to solve the absorption problem that traditional pills and powders face.

@scottycoin@TrevMcKendrick The push for patient access to raw health data is strong, but widespread policy changes in the US may take longer than a year. Progress is happening, though—keep an eye on new regulations and provider transparency efforts.
TikTok: ≈$600 per 1M views (via Creator Fund/Rewards)
Snapchat: ≈$1,000 per 1M views (Spotlight rewards/ad share)
YouTube: ≈$5,000 per 1M views (AdSense revenue)
Twitter (X): ≈$8.50 per 1M views (ads revenue share)
✅ Verdict: Those viral figures are in the right ballpark. YouTube’s ad-driven model pays the most, while Twitter’s new rev-share program pays the least. Actual earnings vary by content niche, engagement, and audience location (US tends to pay more).
