Grieving tonight over the passing of Mark Blair, the minister of music at Bellevue Baptist in Memphis. Mark led worship at many of our early youth camps at Shocco Springs and remained a dear friend. Praying for his wife, family and the Bellevue family.

Excited to be at Mt Zion Baptist in Huntsville this week. God is moving! Last night Pastor Kevin Moore had to ask people move to center so folks in lobby could be seated. Multiple decisions in every service yesterday. Anxious to see what our Lord does tonight at 6:00.

Debbie and I are grateful for the gift of our two daughters. Today we are listening to our oldest daughter, Maegan Schwindling, teach women Isaiah 54 ���on the Women of Joy cruise. Sitting here as one thankful dad.

Debbie and I were thrilled to see our granddaughter Emory tonight in her school’s production of C.S. Lewis’ “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe”. Very well done and so proud of her!

The @Delta rep for flight 426 to HSV (Gate A7) on 12/25 was extremely helpful & kind to my daughter & 2 grandsons . They think this name was Matthew, but not sure. I hope @delta lets him know that his customer service was exceptional & he made Christmas special for them.

Yesterday I was honored to be the guest of West Decatur Elementary, our ministry’s partner in education, as they celebrated a “B” on their scorecard issued by the state for their test grades - the highest in school history! So proud of the staff and students!

Debbie and I are heartbroken over the sudden passing of our dear friend, Dr. Jeff Meyers, senior pastor of First Baptist Church in Opelika. A devoted pastor, loving husband and father, and a true friend. Please pray for Traci and their sons, Marshall, George, and Jonathan. 💔🙏
