@milz92 @VBettadapura @conservmillen Hmmm, the point is & I agree, the escalation seems disproportionate (10 shots is excessive) but you must admit he shouldn’t be placing himself in an active OTP exercise. Having a gun in that situation (given the stakes in MN) whether a permit to carry or not isn’t appropriate.
