Retweeting this work today as it is exactly one year after #GrenfellTowerFire 💔 We are especially thinking about Khadija Saye and her family! Not much has been done since, that desperately needs to change! https://t.co/icshWgQdEm
@HollyTrinkwonn ’s practice centers around current social issues. ‘The Tower Block’ reflects a specific community’s concerns regarding the #GrenfellTower Fire. She worked with individuals from the Lancaster Green area who have produced art to communicate these concerns publicly.
Jordan Oakley’s most recent body of work, ‘I am my mother’s daughter’ seeks to express and explore the frustrations of being a female living within a small community, by deploying a constructed approach to photography and using a strong colour palette. #pfshow18#mother#female
