Knee-deep flooding at one end of Tumana Bridge in Marikina deters low vehicles from crossing. The bridge traverses Marikina River, which according to Marikina PIO’s 12 pm update, was at 19.2 meters. Vehicles have been parked on the bridge by residents of nearby areas to save them from floodwater. #HabagatPH | via @piaranada
