To mark the 4th anniversary of Rabbi Avrohom Pinter's passing, @hackneycouncil honoured his legacy by opening the Quartet development in his memory, offering 52 social rented & 80 sold homes which include kosher kitchens, sukkahs & Shabbos lifts.
