Another side effect of yesterday’s power outage (beside cellular service completely failing) is when the power came back on my air conditioner broke. Assumed it was coincidence but we just left Whole Foods and theirs is broken too. Wth???

@WWLAMFM Yes, and I lost verizon cell service completely. No data, no calls, not even texts went through.

What happened? Do the towers not have backup batteries anymore? This is a bad sign before hurricane season.
