@BockJakob It just snaps to the closest. You could probably expose them and make the user chose but I liked a one-button-one-trick thing more for some reason.
@gleb_alexandrov Made an addon for blender to bake raycast displacement. If you bake using blender tools and have never used raycast displacement before you'll be amazed at the quality. Its the method we use at Weta for all displacement.

Lamborghini Countach. Finally finished modeling and setting up lighting and shaders which took nearly 4 months on/off. Still rendering with my 10 year old GTX1080 card. 12 hrs to render… need to upgrade.
