That's Infamous Festival of Blood and Infamous 2 UGC missions done before the shutdown on August 31st. Festival of Blood was actually really enjoyable, it reminds me a bit of Dead Rising 2 Case West, just a really solid stand alone DLC.

I can see why this game is considered a classic. It was a relaxing platinum with fun exploration, and going for every dragon, gem, and egg made getting 100% completion really satisfying.
