Here are 10 of the main lessons if you're interested in short-form video:

1. Content market fit is the intersection of what you like to talk about, what the algorithm favors, and what the audience consumes/engages with

2. Content market fit occurs on the backend of testing

3. Don't create a growth strategy when you're a beginner - create a testing strategy

4. Testing = Traction & Traction = Growth

5. Write the headline and then the script - don't write an idea then script

6. Headlines are everything. People didn't engage in your content because the algorithm sucked. They didn't engage with it because you didn't get them engaged.

7. The best headlines answer subconscious questions like is this interesting, do I find this entertaining, is this going to inspire me, or educate me

8. Great headlines are 5-8 words. Not 15-30 words.

9. By the 3-5th second, you should be sharing value of some form (inspiration, education, or entertainment)

10. You're going to suck like everyone did at one point
