@LeoSpalteholz Totally the wrong proposal for that lot. Many bigger lots in OB that are much more suitable for multi use, like the one next to the uplands golf course. Plus the design is ugly as F.

@BrianWiley_ I've always called places like that and so called "health food stores", organic junk food stores. Btw I do shop at whole foods but as others have said, just the outside. Love the buffet for easy dinners!
