@michaelclark99@pauriclodge@AaronMaher95 One group the @officialgaa didn’t consult regarding the split season are the supporters. @officialgaa are suffocating their own product. I use to go to all Dublins hurling and football games home and away but the short season is to demanding and expensive.
@GAAjuggernaut I do remember Dublin and Mayo wanted to play a league game on a Friday night in Croke Park a number of years ago but GAA management refused permission for it to occur. The Gaa do nothing to promote league games and they have stripped away any benefit of having a season ticket.
@HLTCO I was lucky to be there and i still get goosebumps looking back on the last couple of minutes. I have witnessed many poor performances from Ireland on away trips over the years but its nights like what occurred in Budapest why i continue to support the team.
@officialgaa@officialgaa@DubGAAOfficial Take a bow @officialgaa as an organisation you cease to amaze me with your fixture planning. You don’t give a damn about supporters who might want to attend both Dublin games this weekend. Alienating supporters yet again.
@officialgaa@gaaleinster Supporters are being flogged a dead horse with expensive match tickets. The Gaa refuse to market their games. Leinster hurling round robin last year was €15 “Very competitive” Dub v Kil. The Final two weeks later the same team’s Ticket prices doubled. ranged from €30-€40.
@officialgaa Thousands of visitors in the Country this weekend. Its a shame the Gaa don’t tap into this market in a proper manner. Its always left up to locals to tell tourist’s were to see a game.
Can someone in the commercial department of @officialgaa@gaaleinster please explain the rationale behind the extortionate ticket pricing for the leinster final €40 for a seat. Yet the most expensive seat for the Ulster Final is €30.
@dubdec The Leinster Council for years have stuck their heads in the sand. This game could have been played in Tullamore. Ticket prices are another issue €30 for a seat. People cannot afford these prices. The @officialgaa do not give a damn about the players or paying public.
@thomasjstamp@Dubfanspage Croke Park has been nominated for months. It comes down to facilitating season ticket holders i would imagine. I would prefer if the game was played in Tullamore if Meath win today. It’s boring listening to the media and those who think that Dublin have an influence on venues.
@HMcEntee@Paschald You are so out of touch. The intimidation and anti social behaviour on Talbot Street is that bad I have stopped getting public transport from that street and it’s been going on prior to covid too.
@rtenews It’s all lip service by @HMcEntee. Take a walk down Talbot Street during day time hours and you will be alarmed at what you will see. No @gardainfo presence in the area whatsoever.
@OJamieD89@officialgaa@DubGAAOfficial Where does it say both games have to be played at the same venue. Not many Tipp or Galway supporters will bother with the Clare v Dublin match. Any time we have got to a quarter final these games are always played at Munster venues.
@DubMatchTracker@Carlow_GAA@officialgaa have no interest in marketing our games and they just expect supporters to show up. A bunch of tourist turned up at the Cusack Stand prior to the Dublin v Galway hurling match and they were told to go online to purchase tickets no one around to guide them.
@moylesiea Dressing rooms are assigned to teams in apha order hence why Dublin are assigned the hill 16 end to warm up, you really are scraping the bottom of the barrel with that argument.
@TheSundayGame@TheSundayGame Need to get their facts straight. Dublin nominate Croke Park for one game not two as the presenter stated. Croke Park will decide were Dublin will play the third game not Dublin Gaa.
