I did ~30 interviews with candidates this year and I was waiting for someone to ask about the amount of holidays we take in @PollenTechTeam. Nobody asked. So I'm going to say it either ways.
It's 45 days. No questions asked. For me this was optimal to smash work through the year

I've been redesigning our technical part of the interview process for backenders at @PollenTechTeam. Making it more transparent, less prone to bias. Focusing more on how people approach problem solving than on what they know.
