استقبل ميناء الدقم سفينة الحاويات "سي إم إيه سي جي إم فاسكو دا غاما" في أول زيارة لها إلى الميناء، في خطوة تعكس الثقة المتنامية في قدراته التشغيلية وتعزز مكانته كمركز لوجستي استراتيجي على خطوط التجارة البحرية العالمية.

As part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing health, safety, and wellbeing standards across its operations, #PortofDuqm has awarded KIMSHEALTH Oman the contract to operate and manage the Port’s Emergency First Aid Center.
This strategic partnership will strengthen the delivery of emergency medical response, first aid, and occupational healthcare services for employees, contractors, and visitors, contributing to a safer, healthier, and more resilient working environment across the port.

في إطار التزامه بالخدمة المجتمعية ودعم المجتمع المحلي، اختتم #ميناء_الدقم النسخة الثالثة من برنامج “قادة الدقم”، بمشاركة 10 طلبة من مختلف المدارس محافظة الوسطى ، وذلك على مدى ثلاثة أيام، بهدف تمكين الطلبة وإعدادهم للمستقبل المهني من خلال تجربة تدريبية تفاعلية تحاكي بيئة العمل الواقعية. 🚀

وأتاح البرنام�� للمشاركين فرصة التعرف على بيئة العمل من خلال زيارة عدد من الأقسام المختلفة والاطلاع على طبيعة أعمالها ومهامها اليومية، إلى جانب المشاركة في أنشطة تفاعلية ومسابقات هدفت إلى تنمية مهارات التفكير والإبداع والعمل الجماعي ، وتعزيز قدراتهم القيادية والمهنية.

ويأتي البرنامج تأكيدًا على دور #ميناء_الدقم في الاستثمار في الكفاءات الوطنية الشابة وتمكينها، انسجامًا مع مستهدفات #رؤية_عمان2040 في إعداد جيل واعٍ ومؤهل للمساهمة في مسيرة التنمية الوطنية.

As part of its commitment to community service and supporting the local community, #PortofDuqm successfully concluded the third edition of the “Duqm Leaders” program, with the participation of 10 students from various schools across Al Wusta Governorate. Held over three days, the program aimed to empower students and prepare them for their future careers through an engaging and interactive training experience that reflected a real workplace environment. 🚀

Throughout the program, participants had the opportunity to explore different departments and gain firsthand insight into their roles and daily operations. The students also took part in interactive activities and competitions designed to enhance creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership skills, while strengthening their professional capabilities.

The program reflects #PortofDuqm’s continued commitment to investing in and empowering young Omani talents, in alignment with the goals of #OmanVision2040 to nurture a capable and future-ready generation that contributes to sustainable national development.

#AsyadGroup concluded its participation at #OmanSustainabilityWeek 2026, showcasing its integrated sustainability approach across logistics, infrastructure, and trade systems.
 
Throughout the event, Asyad contributed to #OSW Talks and hosted the second version of its Asyad Sustainability Talks at its booth, advancing dialogue on ESG integration, operational sustainability, and decarbonization. The discussions reflected sustainability as system performance, embedded within how trade and logistics ecosystems operate.
 
Key highlights included the launch of a technical white paper on green mobility and transport decarbonization, the release of SOHAR Port and Freezone’s first Sustainability Report, and the unveiling of an Oxford case study, alongside a series of #ESG and operational sustainability showcases across Asyad’s integrated logistics ecosystem.
 
Through continuous engagement, thought leadership, and industry collaboration, Asyad reinforced its role in advancing future-focused infrastructure and integrated sustainable trade systems across #Oman and beyond.

وعلى مدار الأسبوع، شاركت المجموعة في "جلسات حوار أسبوع عُمان للاستدامة" كما نظمت النسخة الثانية من "حوارات أسياد حول الاستدامة" ضمن جناحها، حيث تناولت سبل تكامل أطر الحوكمة البيئية والاجتماعية و��لمؤسسية وتطبيقات الاستدامة التشغيلية ومسارات خفض الانبعاثات، في تأكيد على أن الاستدامة باتت جزءاً أصيلاً من أداء المنظومات التشغيلية ومحركاً رئيسياً لرفع الكفاءة وتعزيز الأثر على المدى الطويل.
 
ومن بين أبرز محطات مشاركة المجموعة إطلاق ورقة بحثية حول التنقل الأخضر وخفض الانبعاثات في قطاع النقل، وإصدار أول تقرير للاستدامة لميناء صحار والمنطقة الحرة، إلى جانب الكشف عن دراسة حالة بالتعاون مع جامعة أكسفورد، فضلاً عن استعراض نماذج ومبادرات تطبيقية عكست دمج مبادئ الاستدامة عبر مختلف عمليات ومنظومات أسياد اللوجستية المتكاملة.
 
ومن خلال هذا المشاركة ال��وعية والحوارات الإستراتيجية والشراكات الفاعلة مع مختلف الأطراف، عززت أسياد مكانتها في دفع مسارات البنية الأساسية المستقبلية وترسيخ منظومات التجارة المستدامة والمتكاملة على المستويين المحلي والدولي.
