Introducing Guardian 3.
Our fully autonomous C-UAS interceptor. After an operator authorizes launch, it takes off vertically, hovers like a quad, and automatically transitions to nose-first cruise without pilot input. A GPS receiver mounted on the camera gimbal keeps the antenna pointed skyward through the transition, while ducted ESC cooling maintains airflow in hover and at sustained full throttle. Every detail is designed to stop the threat before it reaches what matters.
Built for protection.
Built for speed.
Built for the fight.
378 drones detected on the southern border in 30 days. Commercial, cheap, easy to replace.
The answer has to be cheap enough to use every time.
That's why we built Guardian, and why we put it in front of soldiers at Falcon Peak, Yuma Proving Ground.

The drone gap isn't about technology. It's about production.
Our co-founder Brett Velicovich (@TheDroneWarrior) told Fox how China took 70 to 80% of the U.S. market because American companies couldn't build fast enough.
Powerus is building at scale. Soldiers need American systems in quantity.
Demand for drones has outpaced the production base, and the U.S. Army is moving quickly to build more capacity at home.
Six Army maintenance depots are being retooled to make drone components, with the intent of seeding a domestic industry.
Powerus is building toward the same goal. Our work adds to American production capacity for drone and counter drone systems.

Our October calendar has one very important stop: AUSA 2026.
The Powerus team is heading to Washington, D.C. October 12 to 14. Find us at Booth 8341 for the debut of our Guardian-3 airframe and the Matrix FPV line.
AUSA is where we hear directly from the people driving the mission, and that feedback goes straight into what we build.
Heading to AUSA? Stop by Booth 8341 and let's talk.
A country that cannot build its own drones is depending on someone else to decide when it gets them.
Powerus exists to help close that gap by building here in the US.
We have an IDIQ contract with the U.S. government, so it can order from us whenever a new requirement comes up. The second order under it is $82 million of counter-drone systems.
We build them in the United States with NDAA-compliant components.
@Edmund_LSY The point is putting counter-UAS systems in the hands of the people who need them. This $82 million order is about building and delivering.
Powerus has received an order of $82 million for counter-unmanned aerial systems, the second order placed under an existing U.S. government IDIQ contract. Deliveries are expected over the next several quarters.
We build these systems in the United States, using NDAA-compliant components. IDIQ means the customer can keep ordering against the same contract as requirements come up.
"I served alongside the men and women who use this equipment. Now we build it for them." @CharlieKeebaugh, Executive Vice President of Sales

“Every system we build starts with one question: would I trust this in the field.” Brett Velicovich, Co-Founder of Powerus
This morning our team stood in Times Square and rang the @Nasdaq opening bell.
With us were our management team, our board, our employees, and the guests who came out for it. Thank you to every one of them, and to the Nasdaq team for hosting us.

We completed our merger with Aureus Greenway Holdings on today, and the combined company is now Powerus Corporation. We build autonomous air and maritime systems for people operating in high-risk environments, and that work is the same today as it was yesterday.
“I spent most of my career as the person relying on this equipment in the field. That is the standard we build to, and it does not change because the company has a listing.” Brett Velicovich, Co-Founder of Powerus
