@royalsundaram THE WORST COMPANY IN TERMS OF SERVICE. A REQUEST TO CHANGE THE NAME ON THE CAR INSURANCE HAS BEEN PENDING FOR MONTHS AND TODAY AFTER MONTHS THE CARE TEAM SENT THE SAME MESSAGE ASKING US TO FILL OUT ALL THE FORMS.

@royalsundaram Today, we got an email saying PAN card and actual form are missing. I mean seriously. they only check the attachments in the last email and not in the entire back-and-forth conversation.. Let me highlight, I won't send another mail with all documents now..
