இந்நிலையில், தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் மனிதவள மேலாண்மைத் துறை, தகவல் அறியும் உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் விலக்குப் பட்டியலில் பொது (சட்டம் மற்றும் ஒழுங்கு) துறையையும் சேர்த்து விரிவுபடுத்தியிருப்பது கவலைக்குரியதாகும்.

இத்தகைய விலக்கு, வெளிப்படைத்தன்மையையும் நல்லாட்சியையும் முன்னிறுத்தும் அரசுக்கு உகந்ததாக அமையாது.

எனவே, மதச்சார்பற்ற சமூகநீதி வெற்றிக் கூட்டணியின் தலைவரும், மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சருமான அவர்களை, தமிழ்நாட்டு மக்களுக்கான தூய்மையான, வெளிப்படையான நல்லாட்சியை தொடர்ந்து உறுதி செய்யும் தமது முயற்சியின் ஒரு பகுதியாக, இந்த உத்தரவை மறுபரிசீலனை செய்யுமாறு தமிழ்நாடு காங்கிரஸ் கமிட்டி சார்பில் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோன்.
