ProgPoW update:
1. Community is forming a 3rd party audit.
2. Miners should start vote signalling using extraData field.
3. @EthCatHerders are going to investigate other ways to help parse community sentiment and help find a way to make a decision.

@fredhrson @OhGodAGirl This!! And you best believe that a woman who worked at Genesis and Core Scientific has a direct line to all 10 of them, bypassing all of the pushback that ProgPoW is getting from the community. Shouldn’t we continue discussing this change in the open?
