Precision ADM, is a global engineering & manufacturing solutions provider that uses Additive Manufacturing for medical, aerospace, energy & industrial sectors.
Last week we were invited to the Victoria Hospital Foundations 7th Annual Miracle Garden Party. Thank you to the organizers for putting on this wonderful event & raising funds to support mental health initiatives in our community. #victoriahospital#winnipeg#manitoba#canada
The UMSAE Formula Team brought their vehicles to Precision ADM today. We manufactured AM uprights that will be installed in the internal combustion vehicle. Wonderful to see all the hard work and innovation from the UMSAE team!

Additive manufacturing in the health industry can be customized for improved personalized medicine. We work with our clients to assess product requirements & specifications using Design for Additive Manufacturing. #Medical#Health#innovation#technology#additivemanufacturing
Laser scanning is quickly becoming the preferred method for constructing three-dimensional digital models for prototyping & reverse engineering. This time-effective, non-contact technology is able to render every feature of an object into a 3D model. #technology#innovation
We provide submerged wire EDM services where support materials & parts are removed from the build plates. This is just one of the many capabilities that our facility has to offer our clients as part of our post processing and machining services. #manitoba#machining#Winnipeg
Our collaborative R&D project with @umanitoba for space debris mitigation using additive manufacturing. The project involves prototyping self contained rocket thrusters to enable satellite re-entry into the earth’s atmosphere for safe spacecraft disposal. #manitoba#aerospace
Multi-axis machining allows for shorter cutting tools to be used & can be tilted to adjust the angle between the cutter & the part. This rigidity allows for greater advantages of machining at higher speeds with no loss of accuracy, better surface quality & reduced finishing time.
The DND IDEaS program hosted the 2022 Innovation Networks Annual Symposium. As part of a micronet developing advanced materials for ballistics applications, we contributed in printing custom metal 3D lattice and 3D structures. #manitoba#winnipeg#IDEaS#3dprinting#innovation
We hosted the Wi3DP Winnipeg Chapter meetup where visitors received a tour of our Winnipeg facility & learned about metal additive manufacturing. We were thrilled to share our AM knowledge with such an inquisitive group! #precisionadm#metaladditivemanufacturing#manitoba#WI3DP
We were excited to have collaborated with UK-based R53 Engineering & the University of Warwick to redesign the performance of R53 Engineering’s state-of-the-art suspension shock absorbers for Motorsport applications. To get a copy of the whitepaper visit:
