Roblox is making it harder to use different size avatars to have an advantage in certain games.
Starting today, Roblox is improving the existing bounding box validation checks to stop allowing workarounds for newly published avatars.
@MM2Overview Such a relief, no devs want bots, they don’t get paid or earn any form of money from them and these bots are likely tanking their in game economy + are likely redirecting sales as users purchase from sites which utilise these bots, not the devs themselves - Good Roblox update!
Thank you everyone for the crazy support on the summer update! Hitting 1M CCU is such a crazy achievement and we couldn't have done it without you! Were so excited to show you what's coming next and we hope you're excited to see it too! 🧑🎨🗡️
Summer update, out now ☀️
Thank you to everyone who played at launch. 12 years later after our original launch of the game, we managed to hit a record 1.1m peak CCU.
The craziest thing about that is we still have an even bigger update planned... 👀
@asimo3089 May be worth looking at the attributes like NextGenerationReplication and UseFixedSimulation in Workspace - not too sure on what Roblox has changed but I'm assuming its related to replication
@TwtsCat@vamzpss@Ran_RBX They’re not referencing creating a murder mystery style game - they’re referring to stealing other creators assets and uploading them as their own and making money off it
Roblox have made it very clear they’re going to be clamping down on this: https://t.co/fnYWJV61cu
Roblox is actively working on removing spammy and cloned games
This might be the end for the endless amount of brainrot games that all share the same idea (e.g. Survive Tsunami for X, Kick a X, ...)
@MM2Overview@Songbreeze15 I do think his comment came from a place of sheer frustration, but could've been worded better - the moderator team has been getting an incredible amount of abuse over something we do not manage or control. It's been horrendous for a role we volunteer to do :(
