@Headteacherchat Define on time... I know our SLT have multiple discussions about it and how some staff run out the door at 4pm. They were also judged negatively the night before OFSTED when they had all left by 8pm.

New OFSTED. Talk to me. Whoโs had it? We are facing it imminently - head convinced this month as another school in area who were done at the same time last time they had it.
@Headteacherchat Hmmm I suppose I see their point. To be fair an old school I was in (2 form entry primary) the head covered all teaching staff for a half day out and support staff were given one too. It was just that there couldnโt be more than one member of staff out for that reason.

@Miss_S_Gibbons This time last year that was me. Had an incredibly low cohort and our results werenโt great. We tried our hardest but ultimately accepted we could only do what we could do!
