We need to talk about recruitment to primary ITT. This year so far numbers are down 19% on the same time last year 😱

Last year primary did not meet its recruitment target, and is on track to reach around 75% of last year's target by year end

In April 2023, there were 6,527 “placed” ITT applicants on primary courses, down from 8,100 in April 2022.

@CensoredHead Depends on the purpose of the observation. We regularly observe our trainees, but they are formative + we only focus on 2 things(max) that they have already been coached on. Feedback is just on those 2 areas and what to focus on next to get even better.
