@CCisreadytolive @racetrackandy Stronach needs to sell Santa Anita to a person or group that cares about horse racing and wants horse racing to succeed.

Maybe let Stronach keep part of the parking lot if it makes the selling price cheaper.

It would be a shame to see Santa Anita demolished for new development.

CDI is a publicly traded company (CHDN) and they likely don’t want a CAW Cutoff because it could mean less revenue and look negative to shareholders.

However, bettors pay for everything. The industry and CDI wouldn’t exist without bettors.

We need a win-win.

At least NYRA is doing more than CDI. CDI doesn’t give a shit about bettors. CDI loves CAW’s. CDI doesn’t have a CAW cutoff.
