@virginmedia hi, can you tell me who to contact to resolve an issue logging into VirginTvGo app please? Despite following the correct “forget password” process keep getting an error message saying can’t sign in with a sub account but we’re using the main account!?

Hiya @thetrainline why would the app not be giving me the option to purchase an e-ticket? Only collect at station. It’s a new account, do I need to do something in settings?
@ThreeUKSupport I think the times we had tried that, the emails were not being received but he is receiving emails from Three now as the ones regarding the account payment being overdue are getting through. I’ll try again and if no luck we’ll contact the communications ombudsman
@ThreeUK@ThreeUKSupport HELP! we want to close an account (out of contract) in my boyfriends email address with the account in his mums name. Despite you passing this onto a debt agency, they cannot get any meaningful contact to close this account in-store, chat, call/email!? 😤
@ThreeUKSupport We also don’t have the SIM so can’t access the number anymore. If you can resend the SIM to the address on the account then maybe we could use webchat that way. But webchat currently won’t speak to her as she’s obviously contacting from another device. It’s so frustrating.
@ThreeUKSupport Hi John - the account holder, my boyfriends mum, had tried to contact Three on webchat numerous times with no success. We need another option!? Are you able to check if a complaint has been received and if it can be responded to please?
