Just bought a new iPhone 15 Pro Max and the battery is draining like a 1000 mah phone. Apple support is denying to replace the battery stating 100% battery health.
Is this how you support your customers? This is the last iPhone I buy if battery not replaced.

@AirIndiaX @airindia Is customer's time so invaluable and cheap? Initially it was postponed to 1am and then 3am. On top of that, there was no intimation by mail or sms. When I almost reached the airport, I got an IVR call stating the delay.
Worst worst airline. Same fate as Goair

Please understand that even after packaging in a good case, there have been multiple cases of guitars being damaged heavily.
