@AirIndiaX@airindia Is customer's time so invaluable and cheap? Initially it was postponed to 1am and then 3am. On top of that, there was no intimation by mail or sms. When I almost reached the airport, I got an IVR call stating the delay.

Please understand that even after packaging in a good case, there have been multiple cases of guitars being damaged heavily.
