PM CARES is one of the biggest institutional scams and betrayals of public trust by PM Modi.

Why is the Modi government collecting money from both domestic and foreign contributors in the name of emergency relief, when it has no intention of spending it when it matters?

The 2024-25 audit statement of the PM CARES Fund shows that out of ₹8,452 crore available, only 0.01% has been utilised.

There are also some questionable entries, like ₹324 crore refunded by implementing agencies, with no clarity on who these agencies are or why the money was refunded. Even more suspiciously, the accompanying notes to the financial statement have been omitted.

This fund was set up in March, 2020, as a response to handle emergency and distress situations.

Since then, India has seen the horrors of COVID, major cyclones, devastating floods in states like Kerala and Himachal Pradesh and now severe drought and distress across parts of the country.

Not using money meant for relief while people suffer is plain cruel.

While reporting the KPSC scam and ED raid on former Chairman Shivshankarappa Sahukar, you deliberately splash visuals of the current Congress Government and the CM, while conveniently burying the fact that Sahukar was a BJP appointee as were his Committee members.

And @CNNnews18, using a photograph of Sri. Shamanur Shivashankarappa, who is no more, instead of Sahukar is beyond disgraceful. A simple google search would have shown you exactly who Sahukar is and his affiliations.

Representatives of Karnataka’s civil society called on Hon’ble @CMofKarnataka today and raised serious concerns over the ongoing SIR exercise.

1.09 crore voters are currently in the ASDDO list, while proposed deletions cross 60% in nearly 3,000 booths in Bengaluru. Tenants, people who have shifted for work or marriage, elderly voters and those with minor form errors are among those reportedly at risk of wrongful exclusion from the electoral rolls.

With no election due in Karnataka, there is no justification for rushing a process of this scale. They have urged the Chief Minister to seek an extension from the Election Commission of India, ensure fresh door-to-door verification and protect every eligible voter from wrongful exclusion.

A formal representation in this regard was submitted to the Chief Minister by the civil society representatives.

Inaugurated QpiAI’s Quantum Foundry in Bengaluru, the first facility of its kind in India and Asia’s largest quantum foundry, built by QpiAI, a Bengaluru-headquartered full-stack quantum-AI provider. The foundry is part of a 70,000 sq ft R&D centre that brings together QPU manufacturing, testing and quantum solution development under one roof.

The facility will manufacture superconducting qubits, peripheral chips and sensors for quantum computers and can fabricate flip-chip based superconducting qubits of up to 128 qubits, with the next phase targeting up to 10,000 physical qubits on a single Quantum Processing Unit.

Karnataka’s focus now is to translate such advanced capabilities into real-world applications. Our Government will continue working with industry and specialised technology companies to strengthen commercialisation, build deployment pathways and deepen Bengaluru’s position at the forefront of India’s quantum technology journey.

Dearest Santosh Ji,

Nobody is questioning whether the RSS exists. The question is:
under what law does it exist and under what legal identity does it function?

An organisation cannot invoke its 100 year history, claim millions of members, collect “dakshinas”, own or use proxy assets, run shadow institutions, organise nationwide activities, influence political & public affairs and then respond to questions of registration, finances and accountability by saying, “our existence is self-evident.”

Existence is not the issue. Accountability is.

If the RSS needs no registration to “establish its existence”, then tell the country:

What exactly is its legal status?

Who legally constitutes the RSS?

Who owns its assets?

In whose name are its bank accounts operated?

Under what framework are donations received and accounted for?

Where are its audited accounts and statutory disclosures?

A century old organisation claiming enormous national reach should be able to answer these elementary questions.

“We exist” is not an answer to “Who are you accountable to?”

And history cannot be a substitute for legal transparency. In a constitutional democracy, the larger and more influential an organisation becomes, the greater the case for transparency, not the lesser.

So yes, Mr. Santosh, nobody doubts that the RSS exists.
The question is why an organisation that claims to shape the destiny of Bharath is so reluctant to clearly establish its legal identity and public accountability.

Carmakers are raising red flags. The public is complaining. Industry bodies have flagged concerns. But somehow, the expert Modi Government still knows best.

Internal emails show concerns over chloride contamination, excess moisture and possible vehicle damage after more than 250 fuel samples across 18 states were examined. The industry body SIAM even raised the issue formally with the Government, before withdrawing its communication days later.

Meanwhile, the Government and oil companies have continued insisting that E20 is safe and that nationwide testing shows no quality problem.

So are millions of vehicle owners lying? Will these automakers be branded “anti-national” for asking inconvenient questions? Will this be dismissed as yet another foreign hit job against the Modi Government?

When industry itself is privately flagging technical concerns how is the Government blindly denying these charges?

ಸಂಘದ ಚಟುವಟಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಷೇಧ ಮಾಡುವ ಮುನ್ನ, ಮೊದಲು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪೂಜ್ಯ ತಂದೆಯವರು ಹಾಗೂ @INCIndia ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ @kharge ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದು ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದಿಂದ ಉಚ್ಚಾಟನೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ನೋಡೋಣ. ಆಗುತ್ತಾ?

ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ಜಿಂದಾಬಾದ್ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಕೂಗುವ ದೇಶದ್ರೋಹಿಗಳನ್ನು ಲಜ್ಜೆಗೆಟ್ಟು ಸಮರ್ಥನೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ತಾವು ಕಾನೂನು, ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪಾಲನೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದು ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಹಾಸ್ಯಾಸ್ಪದ.

ಅಂದಹಾಗೆ ಸಂಘದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ಅಂದರೆ ಏನು? ಪ್ರಚಾರಕರು ಅಂದರೆ ಏನು? ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಅರಿಯದೇ ಎಂದಿನಂತೆ ಬಾಯಿಗೆ ಬಂದ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಜ್ಞಾನ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡಿ ಜನರ ಮುಂದೆ ನಗೆಪಾಟಲಿಗೀಡಾಗಬೇಡಿ.

ಇವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬಿಡಿ. ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಸಂಘದ ಶಾಖೆಗೆ ಬನ್ನಿ. ಆಗ RSS ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಮಗಿರುವ ಪೂರ್ವಾಗ್ರಹ, ತಪ್ಪುಗ್ರಹಿಕೆ, ಅಜ್ಞಾನ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ದೂರವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಬ್ರಿಟಿಷ್ ವಸಹತುಶಾಹಿಯಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವು ಬಾಬಾ ಸಾಹೇಬರ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದಿಂದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾಂದಿಯಾಯಿತು.

ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಗೌರವದಿಂದ ಬದುಕು ನಡೆಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡಿದ ಹಿರಿಯರ ತ್ಯಾಗ, ಬಲಿದಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ನೈಜ ಗೌರವ ಸಲ್ಲಬೇಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾವು ಅವರು ಕನಸು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದ ಸಮಾನತೆಯ ಸಮೃದ್ಧ ಭಾರತದ ಆಶಯಗಳು ಈಡೇರುವಂತಹ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೂ ಗೌರವಯುತ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಖಾತರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಶ್ರಮಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ, ಆಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನೈಜ ಅರ್ಥ ದೊರಕುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರೋತ್ಸವದ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಬದುಕುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹೋದರತ್ವವನ್ನು, ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು, ಸಮಾನತೆಯನ್ನು, ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞೆ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರೋತ್ಸವದ ಆಚರಣೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಥ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸೋಣ.

ಬಡವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಇರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಅಕ್ಕಿಯನ್ನು ಕದಿಯುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರ ಗೂಂಡಾ ಪಡೆಗೆ ಜನರೇ ನೀಡಿದ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಆಗಿತ್ತು ಅದು….ಈಗಲೂ ಸಹ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜಘಾತುಕ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅದೇ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ, ರಾಜಿಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ..

ಇಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ನಾನು ಆ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ನೀವು ಅಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಿರಿ, ಆಗ ನನ್ನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಏಕೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ? ಏಕೆಂದರೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗೂಂಡಾಗಳು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ನನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುವುದಾಗಿ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದರು ಎಂಬುದು ನಿಮಗೂ ತಿಳಿದಿತ್ತು ಅಲ್ಲವೇ...?

Father Quota ದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಮಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ತಾವು ಬಾಬಾಸಾಹೇಬ್ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರಿಗಿಂತ ದೊಡ್ಡವರೂ ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀರಾ? ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಕಲಬುರ್ಗಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ವಯ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಿಗೆ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೇ?

ಒಂದು ನೆನಪಿಡಿ. ತಾವೂ ನಿಜಾಮರೂ ಅಲ್ಲ, ನಿಮ್ಮದು ರಜಾಕರರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೂ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಅಧಿಕಾರದ ಮದದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೈಮರೆತು ತಾವೂಬ್ಬ ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿ, ಜನಸೇವಕ ಅನ್ನೋದನ್ನ ಮರೆಯಬೇಡಿ.

"RSS ಎದುರು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ನೀವು ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಆಚೆ ಬರಲು ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ" ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು RSS ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಗೌರವ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿಮಾನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ. RSS ನಂತಹ ಒಂದು ನಿಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಭಕ್ತ ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿನಾಕಾರಣ ದ್ವೇಷ ಕಾರಿದರೆ ಜನರೇ ಅದನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಜನರೇ ತಮಗೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಪಾಠ ಕಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಅರ್ಥದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು.

ನನ್ನ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಿರುಚಿ ಸುದ್ದಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಹೊಸ ಕಾರಣ ಹುಡುಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹತಾಶ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಬಿಡಿ. ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವುದೇ RSS ಅನ್ನು ಟಾರ್ಗೆಟ್ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎನ್ನುವ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಬನ್ನಿ.

ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ

ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮಕ್ಕೆ ₹152 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ 400 ಹೊಸ ಬಸ್‌ಗಳ ಖರೀದಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾಗಗಳ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುಗಮ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವುದು ಇದರ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಹೊಸ ಬಸ್‌ಗಳ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಯಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಬಲಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು, ರೈತರು, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ದಿನನಿತ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಲಿದೆ.

ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಗ್ರಾಮವೂ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಆಶಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವುದು ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದ್ಯತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

"ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳ ಬಳಕೆಗೆ ಕಾನೂನು, ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು" ಎಂದರೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರು ಇದು RSSಗೇ ಹೇಳಿರುವುದು ಎಂದು ಹೆಗಲು ಮುಟ್ಟಿ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ..

ಕುಂಬಳಕಾಯಿ ಕದ್ದವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಹೆಗಲು ಮುಟ್ಟಿ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಹ ಆತಂಕವಿರುತ್ತದೆ!

ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ @RAshokaBJP ಅವರು "RSS ಎದುರು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ನೀವು ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಆಚೆ ಬರಲು ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ" ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಮಾತುಗಳ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಅರ್ಥವೇನು?
RSS ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯೇ? ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದವರನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸುವ ಅಂಡರ್ ವರ್ಲ್ಡ್ ಮಾಫಿಯಾದವರೇ?
ಇಂತಹ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದರೆ RSS ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಗಳ ಸಮೂಹ ಇರಬಹುದೇ ಅಶೋಕ್ ಅವರೇ?

ನಾನು ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಆಚೆ ಬರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಇದೆ, ನಾನು ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾಬಾ ಸಾಹೇಬರು ನೀಡಿದ ನೈತಿಕ ಧೈರ್ಯವಿದೆ.

RSS ನೋಂದಣಿ, ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿಂದೂ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವ ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕ್‌ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಎಸಗಿರುವ ಭೂ ಅಕ್ರಮದ ಕುರಿತು ಬಾಯ್ಬಿಡುವರೇ?

The Cabinet has approved The Karnataka Regulation of Use of Government Premises and Public Property Bill, 2026.

The Bill seeks to regulate and govern the use of Government premises and public property by private individuals, organizations, associations and societies. It provides a legal framework to safeguard, preserve, and ensure the responsible utilization of Government lands, buildings, playgrounds, parks, roads, and other public assets, preventing misuse while protecting them for public benefit and good.

Why is everyone thinking this is to curtail or curb any particular institution, association, organization, society, club, union, syndicate or NGO?

Beats me.
