@British_Airways We went through assisted security at about 7am with the baby after the ticket issues.. The scanning machine was broken so bags had to go through twice. I realised on the plane that a treasured embroidered lilac coloured cashmere scarf was missing.

@O2 We have NO coverage at all. It is causing problems with our alarm system. People working in the house and garden can’t make calls. It seems particularly bad in and around our house. Can an engineer please come to inspect?

I was at O2 Centre Finchley Rd today to see my grandson at Little Gym on the top floor. Neither of the down escalators are working & are closed off with NO SIGNAGE on the top floor locating the fire exit stairs. I couldn’t find them. Can this be corrected ASAP please.
