Laura Loomer didn’t even know the tweets existed, but when she found out she could lock this guy away, was all of a sudden “scared for her life.” And had to “up her security” Nicholas Ray was not a real threat, he was all the way in Texas, he was just saying dumb stuff on the internet— he told the feds that, and they ALL know it’s true. They targeted and made an example of Nicholas Ray so that YOU know who’s really in charge and who you cannot criticize. This is some deeply, messed up stuff.

Update on Nicholas Ray from his Fiancée. Long road ahead for them. Thank you for the support! December 8th, 2025 Imagine scrolling X and reading the popular theory and belief that foreign nations are manipulating our government. Fueled by dismay, you comment, just the same as millions of other Americans. X bans your account and you move on with your day. Two weeks later finishing a day’s work, special agents, local law enforcement and Florida representatives arrest you for comments you made. No formal investigation takes place. No devices are confiscated. No search warrant of your home. No family members are questioned. Merely arrested for comments on X. Then two weeks later you take your first flight ever accompanied by bounty hunters shackled in jail house paper thin clothes in an extradition procedure during winter to a new detention center in Florida. You’ve never been arrested, never seen the inside of a courtroom and never had more than a speeding ticket. You plead with investigators that you were just rage posting and there is no ill intent behind your comments. They ignore you, attempt to expedite the process by flying you on a Monday evening for a Tuesday 8:30am hearing. Prosecution files a motion for pretrial detention which would mean months or years of you sitting in county lockup with others accused of felonies ranging from murder to rape and aggravated assault. By the grace of God, your family obtains legal representation who obtains a $620,000 bond, which is nearly $550,000 above what murderers in the same courtroom were offered for bond. You call home every day to hear your children cry and beg you to come home, your fiancé beside herself without your sole income struggling to feed your children. Two hearings later, the judge agrees to reduce your bond and allow you to return to Texas but with the requirement that you pay $450/month for house arrest monitoring. You lose your job because you’ve been replaced after being gone 5 weeks. Facing $75,000 in legal fees and bills you can no longer afford. Please help our family through this trying time and loss of income. Every prayer, every donation and every comment of support is appreciated. Nicholas is home but this battle has just begun.
