Keep a safe distance and report it to Provo Water on 231-0705. Reporting leaks quickly helps conserve water and protect the island’s supply.

What Lies Beneath? A large network of Provo Water's underground pipes carries water from our production facilities towards homes and businesses across the island.  Most of this important infrastructure is out of sight, but it works around the clock to keep water moving.

Planning to dig? Please call first.  Customers are required to contact PWC at least 2 days before digging. It helps protect underground pipes and prevents costly damage to essential water infrastructure.

Provo Water Company will be carrying out scheduled maintenance from July 27–29, 2026, with water service interruptions affecting parts of Church Avenue and Bay Road between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. each day.
