Religion is the second most common motivation for hate crimes in Canada.
For every 10 hate crimes, nearly 3 were targeted at people because of their religious background.
💭 Why does this matter? Recognizing how many hate crimes stem from religious prejudice highlights the need for education, interfaith respect, and stronger support for faith communities.
