Hertz continues its miserable customer service by failing to respond to my "issue", as they call it, but asking for my opinion on a survey. Hertz and Dollar car rental have fallen prey to the DEI cult and hired people who have no business in customer facing positions.

I wrote Hertz customer relations and have heard nothing back. No more Hertz or Dollar for me. Downright nasty people work there.

Hertz/Dollar denied my reservation at Midway airport apparently because I "disrespected" the woman attendant and her manager. They refused to use a credit card that had my faded name on it even though my photo is on the back.

I have my favorites but they are different on my android phone than at my home when played through my wifi connection. Both account names are the same.
How do I get the same playlists on both phone and through my computer at home?
