STRATEGY’S USD RESERVE RISES TO $2.55 BILLION

Strategy increased its U.S. dollar reserve by $1.15 billion to $2.55 billion, strengthening its ability to cover dividends and reassure markets.

The company’s BTC Monetization Program allows it to sell BTC to fund its USD reserve (up to $1.25B), dividends, interest expenses, and repurchases of Digital Credit securities and $MSTR shares.

The reserve now covers 17.4 months of dividends and will be maintained at a minimum of 12 months, used only for dividends and interest.

The STRC dividend rate has been raised by 50 bps to 12.00%, effective July 2026, with ongoing monthly evaluation.

Strategy has also authorized up to $1.0B in repurchases for both Digital Credit securities and $MSTR, funded separately from the USD reserve.

In total, Strategy now has $3.80B in dividend coverage, equal to 25.9 months.
