Riot permanently banned my League account for “cheating” while I wasn’t even playing, and now refuses to explain what happened. I’m asking @deteccphilippe @RiotPhreak @RiotAugust to please look into this because Support has closed every appeal.

Original ticket: #138729953. I’m asking @deteccphilippe @RiotPhreak @RiotAugust to please investigate or confirm the legitimate options available. I want to play League fairly and need to know whether this was an account ban, a device ban, or both.

[purpx @purpx_]

I’m only asking for clarification so I don’t accidentally violate another rule. Riot has not confirmed whether a device restriction exists, but has said the penalty will no longer be reviewed and future tickets will automatically close.
