I need a new crypto hobby so I'm going to start doing short reports on perps traded ALT coins which are breaking out or breaking down.

Today's choice is $HEI a low market cap - $13m -which rebranded from $LIT (Litentry) to $HEIMA

$HEI has produced a strong breakout, gaining over 50% in the past 24 hours while pushing to multi-month highs. The move has been supported by expanding volume, suggesting genuine participation rather than a simple low-liquidity spike

One of the most bullish aspects of the setup is the funding rate, currently around -0.35%, meaning shorts are paying longs. Despite the rally, retail traders remain net short while the Top 100 traders are slightly net long, indicating larger participants are positioned with the trend while many smaller traders continue to bet against it

Open Interest surged during the initial breakout, suggesting liquidations and fresh participation, and is now beginning to build again

Overall, $HEI currently appears to be a market squeezing pessimists rather than one driven by speculative euphoria. Continued price strength alongside negative funding would remain a constructive signal
