At the Aug. 9 meeting, Council appointed Paul M. Herrera to fill the District 2 @PierceCo Council vacancy. Herrera is a Puyallup Tribal police officer & military veteran. District 2 serves the communities of Puyallup, South Hill, Summit View, Sumner, Edgewood, Milton, & Pacific.
