Could change my opinion as I go, but with the game's explicit focus on movement, a lot of decisions (more 2 damage instances, longer boss runs, power progression, bullet hell fights, etc) make sense to me.
Also: love the new tools/masks/pins system. And the COGWORK DANCERS!!!!!!
Bit into A2, seeing all the talk about unfairness - idk, feels like Team Cherry just wanted Silksong to be a tighter, more deliberate experience without as much reliance on endless powerups. Not saying it's perfectly paced, but I think it's an excellent foil to Hollow Knight.
