It’s wild watching how everyone just uses Coinbase as their launchpad… just to turn around and chase AI narratives/ jobs or position themselves as direct competitors the second they got leverage.

This is exactly what happens when you outsource vision to people who have zero roots in the culture! No scars, no time in the trenches, no real understanding of what Web3 was built on.

They don’t care.
They never did.

They extract. They profit. They move on.
All while leaving the ecosystem drained, distorted, and disrespected.

Millions pulled out… nothing meaningful poured back in.

And the most frustrating part?
You’d think @base or @coinbase would wake up and start backing real builders.
The ones who stayed, who bled for this space, who actually give a damn.

But instead, it’s the same cycle.

Overlooking the genuine.
Rewarding the grifters.
Platforming people driven by nothing but short-term gain and pure arrogance.
