Queer Up Duck! has come to an end, having brought a brilliant and packed #LGBTQ arts programme to #Nottingham over two special weeks. π₯°π
It's been incredibly heartwarming to share such brilliant queer art and celebrate the creativity, joy and diversity of the LGBTQ+ community.
Lastly, the biggest, loudest, most loving thank you to everyone that has been part of the festival. To all the artists, volunteers and attendees that have expressed such love and joy for your community. All of you ducks certainly queered up to the fullest. π¦π³οΈββ§οΈπ³οΈβπ
A lovely weekend spent working on and celebrating the final days of the first ever @queerupduck festival plus a trip to @NottmPlayhouse to see the brilliant Sarah Keyworth.
Poet, performer and producer @Dan_Webber_poet will be our host for the night, bringing his "sentimental musings on self, mental health, masculinity, appearance, and place, all delivered with a playful and occasionally giddy appeal."
