Having a catalog for a design system and atomic and composite components is 101 FE architecture to reduce rework and inconsistency. Please help, I’ve dm’d you.

Its been really frustrating. Im unable to resume working on my design project. I still have usage quota, but I'm blocked by the limiter.

Im assuming its because of the project size, but the message mentions quota, which leads me to think its conflating my weekly limit with the 5 hour limit.
